Carolina Blanco has spent two decades in the sports industry, most recently as Chief of Staff at Gaming Society, a start-up company Co-Founded by Jaymee Messler. Prior to that, Carolina spent eighteen years at Sports International Group Inc., a prominent sports agency specializing in the representation of Professional Female Basketball Players. Carolina's duties ranged from running day-to-day operations of the business to working directly with players.

Throughout her career, Carolina developed long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and players. She has a proven track record in fostering relationships with a stellar reputation, attention to detail, and excellence. Currently, she is the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at The George Washington University.
