Haley Justice-Gardiner

Haley Justice-Gardiner is the assistant director of operations and strategy for the Department of Women’s Health. In this role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of clinical and community-based programs including the value-based care initiatives within the Women’s Health Institute at UT Health Austin.
Prior to joining Dell Medical School, Gardiner worked as the director of program services at the March of Dimes and also served as the senior manager of community programs and engagement at the Livestrong Foundation. In these roles, Gardiner developed local and national programs in partnership with organizations such as the YMCA of the USA and Cancer Support Community. Gardiner has an interest in programs that improve the health of medically underserved communities and has developed initiatives focused on increasing utilization of services among Hispanic/Latinos.
She received her master’s degree in public health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.
